If you want to fly, you gotta go high. If you want to make dough, you gotta go low.

L3 is how high you gotta get to get the dope. That's where the big boys and M&Ms get together to collude to make sure you fail. They're looking for you and they'll manipulate the market in whatever direction they need to make sure you lose. They love to take candy from babies.

So you gotta go to L0. Trades done. Then you need to model that properly. It tells you the only thing that is of value: state. The state space evaluation is the only effective decision procedure outside of fundamentals that can exist. Everything else is trash and turns anyone into trash who gets into it.
