1. you have this on backward, sort of a tail wagging the dog question. you cannot think of advertisers as investors, they will come if n0 can deliver, and will leave if it does not.
2. there is no shortage of advertising space on the web, and n0 will have to deliver on the promise of targeted ads, better tracking and all these pretty hard shit to overcome the disadvantage of piping ads to a largely freeloader crowd which is not at all desirable. I am sure this is covered long time ago.
3. taking away the fact that you are long n0, if you have an online store and 10k in marketing budget, where would you spend that 10k? Yahoo, AOL, DblClick, AdForce, MSN, AltaVista, excite, WSJ, or zero?
4. sounds to me like this is a matter of faith to you, so, good luck with your zero, why should I care at all... |
