unfortunately, even with the additional information EDII supplied in supplemental filings, it just wasn't enough as they are now among the "stinky pinkies" Rebeka from EDII called me back after the market closed. I asked her to what was going on. I said i can not believe we are trading on the pinks. Her answer was: The company tried all they could to comply in time with the SEC and work day and night and still trying their best. She said with the new rules, they ask for more stuff and more stuff. Well i said in the mean time we are in the pinks and we are loosing our asses for now. She said you do not lose unless you sell. Thank you i said. Again she said we tried our best, and still working hard to get things done. I am so dissapointed, because i never thought that we will be trading on the pinks i told her. That is the reason i was buying the stock. Because we were a reporting company. I guess we learn the hard way. BTW the stock's bid is at .02 and the ask .12. 600% spread. Great. Good luck, and i do not feel good at all tonight. We were adviced by JMT and Jhild but did not listen to them. Now we pay. ragingbull.com
