You are quite knowledgeable about CYSS(E)'s IR company, which according to the ragingbull thread has actually been calling up people to get them to buy the stock.

And another of your other penny stock promotions is otc-ITKG, and it is apparently another Vancouver-connected play that may or may not be located in the USA.

There are shady dealings in ITKG's past. From www.itechfin.com:

"LITIGATION MATTERS AND DISPUTES

A Statement of Claim against the Company was filed on April 3, 1998 in the United States District Court, District of Nevada, whereby certain investors in the Company's common stock alleged fraudulent misrepresentation, fraud and/or other deceit, breach of contract and oppression, fraud or malice, express or implied, in respect of subscription agreements entered into by the Company in September and October 1997, pursuant to which the Company issued a total of 804,681 shares of its common stock in consideration for the payment of an aggregate of $650,000 In the Statement of Claim the claimants requested delivery of a total of 325,399 shares of the Company's common stock or, in the alternative, payment of damages resulting from not having delivered such shares in accordance with the terms of the subscription agreement, as well as exemplar and punitive damages in an amount to be determined at trial. The Company filed a motion to dismiss the claims for failure to state claims upon which relief can be granted. In its motion the Company has, among other things, denied any fraudulent misconduct.

By way of an agreement dated April 16, 1999 the parties resolved all claims in this action by a mutual release and settlement. The Company issued 150,000 restricted shares of its common stock to the claimants at a deemed value of $.25 per share, in full settlement of the claim which was accepted by the United States Court Judge on April 29, 1999."
