That one paragragh sounds to me like a pat response declaring awareness and diligence, kinda like KFC saying "We do chicken right", not that anyone actually checks it out unless theres a problem of demonstrable proportion.....so, like hey,....lets give the SEC a problem of demonstrable proportion....thru legal channels, that'll really piss em off :)
