PCS and spectrum..... About a month ago there was a Lehman report that indicated that PCS was expecting an 8x improvement in capacity due to 1xrtt, EVRC and smart antennas. The report also said something about how PCS had only used a 5-10MHz of spectrum in most markets (out of a possible 25MHz). Unfortunately this is all from memory.....I only provided a link which has now expired (this is what happens when i get lazy <g>). Does anyone still have access to this report? Anyway....If PCS gets the above capacity gains they should have some excess spectrum to allow the rollout of HDR. This is of course contigent on the capital costs being as low as advertised.....It makes no sense for PCS to allow a valuable resource to go unused. Slacker
