No sweat. Apologies for my paranoia. I must be getting beat up a lot lately...:o) I'm not very familiar w/either the IPO or buyout issues. I have heard about the Schwab rumor, but believe it when you see it. I do believe that Hirschfield can be used as a bit of a barometer for upcoming runs. And, no, I don't think he'd be filing if there were a buyout coming, nor an IPO. What do I know though, he probably stands to gain more from a steady run-up into news than waiting for the gains on an IPO. I'd give it a month before something happens. Thus my favoritism towards the December 12.5 calls, vice the Novembers. Something else I've been watching is the bullish nature of both OMGA & TRAC, two other dominant data providers. This little mini-sector a drawing good attention. Percentage-wise, DBCC seems to be trailing them a bit.
