Paramount acquires 215,000-hectare Brazilian claims Paramount Ventures & Finance Inc PVF Shares issued 27,591,374 1999-11-08 close $0.58 Tuesday Nov 9 1999 Mr. James Owen reports Paramount has applied for mineral claims totalling 215,000 hectares in the state of Mato Grosso, Brazil. The application for the mineral claims were filed by two private Brazilian companies in which Paramount owns an 80-per-cent interest. The mineral claims are in an area where small scale alluvial gold and diamond production is in operation.
