Tony, <Give us a break Charles. You come out of the woodwork whenever their's any (potentially) dirty laundry about Intel. I can tell by the "Yes!" that you're getting all excited about this one. Ambulance chaser.> I have seen you lie and post abusive emails so I do not consider you worthy of response. Too bad I didn't have the ignore button eariler. I will clarify my position for the sake of the rest of the thread and move on. If Intel loses this case, there is a good chance that IMS patents could have repurcussions on AMD. That is the extent of my interest. This is my last post on this thread on this topic. Chuck
