PEAMF), announced its intention to seek shareholder approval to
change the name of the company to Peak.com Inc. at its next Annual
General Meeting.

The company recently announced the availability of the next
generation of its Small Business portal at peak.com.
Peak.com has begun empowering small business users with a unique,
full-service website for the gathering and sharing of critical
information. Peak.com, while still in beta form, now offers many
