I followed it pretty closely, and I know what you are talking about. If I dug a little I could probably find some references where he was impatient with the DOJ as well. But on the whole I agree that he was less patient with the MSFT guys.

Still, it probably wasn't the first time a judge found it difficult to suffer a plaintiff that behaved as poorly as did MSFT. Their fabrication of the videotaped "evidence" was particularly egregious, IMHO. Whether Jackson's impatience was at an improper or actionable level, I'm sure we'll find out, I'm not an expert there.
