Wanna play a "safe"IPO ? CHTR, Paul Allen's cable co. All the info you need is on the SI board, giant float(read:lowered volatility=safe), great intstuitonal backing, with PA's broadband plan, this is the no-brainer of 1999, a slow but steady riser imho. I am in for a chunk today, average 20 3/4....I see $30 within the next 90 days. Kaliico
