Ken, thanks for posting this information...the crux of the matter, conveniently overlooked by the analyst community. btw, i believe that the tough talk issued by MSFT after the FoF was primarily aimed at the people contemplating class action suits, not the DoJ. it was an attempt to intimidate everybody beforehand. it won't work.... regards, hb
