Alan, I think the only thing for Microsoft to do is as you state appeal this all the way to the Supreme Court. By then so much technology will have changed. I find it hard to believe how so many would jump off the edge of a cliff if Judge Jackson told them to do so. God forbid he can do no wrong. Anything he states must be the ultimate truth. Why are there so many hard headed people who cannot comprehend the nonsense of what this trial was all about. No wonder why politicians and leaders in high places take advantage of the masses. they think we are all stupid. They must be laughing their heads off seeing how they can flex their own muscle of power and self indulgence.
