OK, Fair enough... but if I have any "religion" about this it is the "Rule of Law". We do have the Sherman anti-trust Act as the law of the country. If that Act provides no contracts shall be made in restraint of trade, and the Judge finds that MSFT did just that... Well... do you beleive that Microsoft, like the rest of Business in the country, should be required to follow the law? I think that's the only 'religion" involved here... tso
