Thanks for the notes. Some additional notes:

-- San Jose already seeing double-digit percentage building penetration.

-- "Covad-like business model"

-- New CEO will be data-focused, a known and respected name (to Wall Street), proven operational skills.

-- Expect two years to EBITDA break-even in new markets. (Talked with ARTT IR after the CC. He said this is a very conservative estimate; EBITDA break-even may well come sooner.)

-- The new IR guy, Brian Heagler, is very good. Much more accessible and knowledgeable than Lori Lawrenson.
