You've got a couple of points there with which I strongly share your feelings, Tom... Our system of "Justice" has all too frequently had a tendency to be perceived as Unfair. Justice which is perceived by the citizens as unfair doesn't elicit a lot of respect for the "Justice" System. On the other hand, wouldn't you agree that if our "Justice" system would adhere a little more closely to the "Rule of Law" itself, we would not have so many disagreements out here when a Judge renders a decision? tso Nice to find we can share some things to agree upon.. I really was running into too many religious arguments among the MSFT supporters. tso
