We agree re: timing. This will occur by definition, alone, pursuant to the current shareholder base profile, as you pointed out. The analysts following DBCC will now be issuing an upwards earnings revision pursuant to and conditional upon the sale of the two recently announced DBCC business units. In addition, this will trigger an upwards revision in the analysts ranking of DBCC in addition to an acceleration of q-q earnings (CheckRite spinoff), all of which will trigger many T-A indicators/T-A software in favor of DBCC as a BUY/STRONG BUY, in our opinion, which will then trigger momentum, MACD, and other indicators should that scenario play out, further fueling an upward trend in the stock price.
