There is one point I forgot to mention is that a significant number of
short position holders who are still waiting for the moment to come to
exit the short position they hold. But, they would like to close such
positions elegantly or soft landing by means of lowering the stock first and
then buying back to close out. Therefore, no mater how good the quarter report
will be, the stock seems to be going down first driven by sales by those who
have held short. The coming quarter report will be their final chance to
balance their positions in Apple stock.

However, at any moment from now to the settlement of takeover, they will
suffer from an uneasiness of price shot up derived from takeover
occurrence.
