Duane, Joel Klein was interviewed on McNeil, Lear last night. At least 3 times, when queried about settlement/remedies he stated emphaticly that Justice will "not abdicate their judicial responsibilties" in the matter. If there is a settlement it will be on Justice's terms. I'm betting against a settlement anytime in the forseeable future.
