No idea, until that post today I didn't know he was a Columnist.

While front running may not be nice, I'd like someone to point me towards a law, a rule, a regulation, that says front running by other than brokers, and registered invesment advisers, is illegal. If in fact it is, which I doubt.

There are dozens of people, groups, email blasters, etc, doing it every day, IMO, and some even admit to it. Tmex for example.

Heck even mutual fund managers do it.
