"How do you think the stock will react when we finally see the full story on the NYCT worth 450,000,000 to Kasten over the next 19 years!!!"

This is no longer true, this contract belongs to Springboard, and the eventual Springboard shareholders, of which the major partner may or may not be Kasten Chase. If Kasten retains ownership of most of Springboard, then most of the Dividends will go to Kasten and then eventually to Kasten Shareholders. But the revenues won't be Kasten Chase they will be Springboards, that is why I don't like the idea of the separate company.

I haven't seen anything from Kasten Chase telling me how much of Springboard they intend to sell, have you? Until we know how much of Springboard is sold off to get the company off the ground, we can't count on any part of the contract.

What do you think the company is worth if Springboard doesn't fetch a good price on the IPO? Don't forget the same market that caused the price to drop to 56 cents is going to evaluate Springboard.

I still think that the only thing that will make a big difference is an end to the losses, and a couple of quarters of profits. Of course, the only time it matters is if you want to sell your stock. I am content to see the price stay low, for another couple of quarters........
