Buddy, the neighbor's schnauzer, is in jail, and I feel guilty about it. Buddy and I play a game of tug-the-mail whenever I go over there- I hold onto a magazine or an envelope, and Buddy tries to tear in out of my grip. Great fun is had by all, or at least by Buddy and me. We once tore up a credit card bill to where it was unreadable, and we were both in the doghouse, so to speak. To make amends, I sent in an application for Buddy and sure enough he got his very own Visa card. Buddy, as dogs are wont to do, ran the card up right to the limit without any intention of paying it off.
