Zeev, I can well understand why you are
too scared to jump in since you do not
have any insight into the actual state of
the vlnc product!

as for your theories on who is manipulating
you have not been looking very closely.
We have been watching level II every day and
seeing gross manipulation to force the price
down. The rises have not provided the volumes to
dump the large number of shares created by the
financing. Your theories do not hold up on any
close scrutiny of the tape, even without level II.

btw, more than one investor has been involved in the
monthly financings.

Unless Warbucks is buying shares off CC and friends
at the lows, again my question, who is absorbing
all the shares and keeping the price so high above
book? If vlnc did not have the goods, you would not
be the only one too afraid to buy at these levels
and the price would have gone down to $3 as you
predicted. But that has not happened, has it?

Of course your handy answer is "everything that
happens to the stock price is due to and for the
benefit of the financers. they have complete
control". that is your religion and no sense
arguing religion, is there?
