Part of this is if he was paid to promote the stock. If so and he did not disclose it, it is not only "scalping" which the SEC DOES go after but also against the rules for non disclosure of payment. I think Mr. Miller is in a whole world of hurt right now... I would not be surprised if you don't read about him under NASDAQ and SEC action section of the WSJ sometime over the next 12 months... It takes that long from contact to conviction... Keep your eyes open... Mr. Metals, this is for you... LOLOLOLOLOLOLLOLO I couldn't help it....
