I too am with Schwab. I have been thinking of changing firms, primarily to take advantage of better IPO opportunities. Based on my conversation with a Schwab broker, if/when CLGY stays above 10 for a while (I think 12 might be a good level), Schwab will consider making CLGY marginable. I am not sure of the details. You might check with Schwab in a few weeks if CLGY stays above 10.
