Happy Bids - welcome to the Amazon thread - where most everything is discussed.

Regarding Amazon's recent 2 day wild ride - it was most certainly due to speculative anticipation (on Monday) to Mr. Bezos's announcement of an announcement, and subsequent disappointment (on Tuesday) upon realization that the announcement was not so spectacular.

B2B is indeed business to business - and the category includes those companies that have internet related products that facilitate transactions between businesses over the web. I am no expert in this field - others on this thread know a good deal about it however. My understanding is that some of the more high profile companies in this space include VERT, EPNY, CLIC, BVSN, ICGE, CMRC and ARBA (someone correct me if I am wrong).

I would not recommend shorting any of these stocks - if you do, be very very careful. They are known to explode to the upside - for no reason whatsoever at a moments notice. Of course, I would only recommend going long any of these if you enjoy a high amount of risk.
