Ian Great Post! We are finally starting to see some reasonable proposals coming up for discussion. And if we have Barney Frank, as well as the WSJ, aiming in similar directions, there should be more than enough room to get a rapid, reasonable resolution. I suspect the same folks will be much more suportive of more draconian solutions if Microsoft tries the "drag it out, appeal everything, hope for a political out" approach, as they have in the past. tso
