Well putting it in perspective, from the Los Angeles point of view, here Covad has a big presence in the sense that many of the high profile advertisers of dsl services are hooked in with Covad...the Flash Coms and other small brand names are using COVD... HOWEVER, the partners that NPNT has are quite remarkable in their prowess and importance...SBC..(Now controlling Ameritech and PACBELL) and Bell Atlantic...another Monster on the East... Now GTE (although there is certainly some crossover here with covd) and YAHOO (again crossover with covd) But with covad having already hit 100 and split 3:1 and is now back to the 50's easily...and combined with just the news briefs of the last couple of days, this one is due to head back up to forty I would say. But first we have to clear this hurtle of 32 or so... chris
