Their fabrication of the videotaped "evidence" was particularly egregious, IMHO. Whether Jackson's impatience was at an improper or actionable level, I'm sure we'll find out, I'm not an expert there.

There was no fabrication of evidence - you say you followed the trial. Microsoft used two computers to put together a video tape. When the Gov't cross examined they made no statements about the facts that were being demonstrated by the video tape but instead tried to grandstand. Microsoft then asked the judge to allow them to do it again with the gov't watching. They remade the tape (gov't watching) that showed everything they stated in the previous tape except the performance issue which couldn't be evaluated with the equipment they had on hand.

This is my biggest fear. The press writes a false piece of trash and everyone believes it forever.
