Once again you realism is tainted by a hint of optimism. I trust you will get a handle on this. You may end up being an encouragement to some folks and that would be a shame. To take us all the way to the brink of success with realism and then to let down at the last moment would be a pitty. Perservere my good Yorkie. The chances of success are still as high as they always were and we need you as the anchor of the mind. Otherwise we may forget the principals of investing and put all funds in PVF prior to a significant move. That would not be healthy would it? Thanks for the link with reality. Ray
