I believe Kasten will structure Springboard in the interest of all shareholders of Kasten. Keep the faith. You might be content to see it low for a few qters...doesn't make sense to me unless you want to buy back some more. I, of course, own a lot and don't want the stock lower...I think it is the cheapest bargain out there.
