HYPD has filed their 10Q on EDGAR. No news on Yahoo, yet. (Repost of my RB post) Significant highlights: Revenues UP 55% relative to 1st quarter of last year EARNED $130K for the qtr which includes one time gain of 127K from sale of asset. Continuing ops earnings were reduced to higher G&A from hiring Controller. 3rd consecutive profitable quarter NO long term debt and current ratio is 2.6....this is outstanding IMHO Strong confidence in continued growth of their core business. Continued plans to graduate to NASDAQ Small Cap($4 per share stock price required) This "BB" company continues to impress me. "Short Term Trader" indicated two other newsletters picking HYPD, states that break out from $1.75 can send us to $3 short term. My TA confirms that after last week's creation of new higher resistance, the next resistance point is the $3+ range. TG
