Unfortunately, lots. I'd have to double-check, but I think their pregnancy products (the ones that could be affected by Becton's suit) account for over half of revenues and earnings.

Certainly, Quidel has value outside of these products. However, if Becton were to prevail, or by threat of aggressive litigation exact some sort of monetary concession, it would have a substantial deleterious effect.

Anyone have a clue as to the legal merits of the suit?
