Dennis,

I lived in Arlington Heights for a long time now I live in Milwaukee.

I work in retail and I'm not sure how to put my reservations into words. A mall has a certain "feel" about it. Woodfield, for instance, has a really great feel. My roommate and I had to fight our
way into Williams-Sonoma there just to buy something. The people their are spending money. I guess that I just don't get quite the
same feeling about Gurnee Mills. But them I'm probably not there
enough to accurately judge it. And come to think of if the last time
I was in Bally the guy next to me was buying $700 worth of shoes.

The Northbrook Court or Old Orchard areas come to mind as other sites.
But that bird has flown.

It's great to not be sitting with a hightech stock at the moment! There is a kind of happy tranquility to RAIN that appeals to me after
stocks like AMER and IOMG. I still own ANCR but got in cheap.

I read in the Motley Fool message board that RAIN at Gurnee would
probably be turning down the waterfall a bit. That would cut down on
some of the noise. Also they need to get a little better control of
the mist but this fine tuning is to be expected.

Also, I have to keep reminding myself that this is only their third
unit. Certainly there can be no doubt that management is learning a
lot with each additional unit. I have no doubt the as great as it is
now, management approach to the business will continue to improve.
Meaning improving margins etc.

Well, it's time for work. Bye.
