Does anyone else find this last press release unusual? It was my understanding that MVEE and EINI would merge leaving EINI as the surviving company. Then EINI would change it's name to Miracle Entertainment and use the symbol MVEE. Why would they go to the expense of changing the name of MVEE before they merge it and the company ceases to exist? I usually give a lot of leeway when I interpret a PR, but this one seems that there has been a major change in direction somewhere without any notice, or they just felt like spending some money on a name change that they will just have to re-do later...
