Hi Jay, on second thought, an please excuse this if it was already stated or implied in your previous reply, but... ...while you are making "payment" electronically online, does RBC also make the actual initial "presentment" to you of all of those billers' amounts with detailed breakdowns and monthly statements, as well? Or are you still receiving those in the mail? And if they are doing the presentment to you, as well as acting as agent for payment, do you also get a copy of those bills and statements in the mail as well, say, from your telephone company, Master Charge, electric, etc. Curious.
