Gary, I can not stand when people like Chambers, Zoltan use the word old world repeatedly to describe the competition, when the reality is that Cisco is in danger of becoming an endangered species lost with identity. Cisco is scrambling to acquire technologies to compete with LU in optical and Wireless which are growing faster than Old Routers. My response is directed more against thosewho sing that Old world song distracting people. Time to give some Real world truths. I wish nothing less than the best for Cisco, but with closed mouth. Trashing competitors will hurt in long term. They must respect the competitors. Arrogance is self-destructive and I see that when Chambers and Listwin speak. Never underestimate the power of a company like Lucent with 20,000 people in research you never know what weapons are in the store? Regards, BR
