OK if you've got Seibel, i2, Neon, Agile etc. etc. and a million dollars worth of outsourced services from all IBM's partners for 6 months. And you create your business model around their stock (standard existing) software, what could you build? Could you recreate the nuts and bolts of Amazon? Could you build another Ariba? You have the best of breed suppliers, and their knowledge of EVERYONE who has gone before you. Do you suppose there might be some frustrated brick and mortar execs. out there with a business plan their bosses won't support? Remember Iaccoca taking the mini van plan and team from Ford to Crysler because Henry,the whatever,didn't like it? Think about it,this is wild, i2 has a huge campus in India that could do the programing, if they chose to. WOW Doug
