False, most likely.

The AthWIPE already uses 0.18 micron front end transistors and runs at 1.6 volts.

Look for some small, marginal power reduction as they go to a complete 0.18 micron process.

Then you have the PACKAGE issue - and AMD is currently stuck with a Slot A - and that won't fit into any notebook computer that YOU would want to own.
