I talked to Gregory Kaiser this morning and got a little more info(incase anyone out there is lurking) There filings will be turned in on the 15th of this month (5 days away) He said he wanted to be sure to get them filed 2 months in advance. They are working on a website that should be up in around 2 weeks. They have another announcement to make in the next 2 to 3 weeks. Oustanding shares are 6.8 mil Float is roughly 3.2 mil He does no anticipate the o/s going up higher,they are done as far as aquisitions and what to go forward with what they have.
