Let's imagine we are new investors to free internet. I look at the Freeweb site and look at the3Web site. .......3Web gets investor respect.
I look at the advertisers presently advertising on both
I forecast which of the 2 banner formats a national advertiser would want - 3Web wins (these are dynamic and not 1 dimensional GUI cartoon banners)

Now as a CY holder I'm curious as to how Freeweb can spread so fast to so many cities. I noticed from their PR that they use existing paying ISPs which to my mind says that they Freeweb has to pay them which diminishes the profitability. Now as time goes by these signed-on paid ISP relays start to notice that they're losing customers that normally pay a min. of $20 per month. IMHO The only way that a paying ISP would be happy is if they themselves are the smallest ISP providers in that city and see this as a guaranteed income (frozen). Now seeing that they are small in size it means that they can only handle so many online users at a time - limitations (Remember that the Freeweb PR stated that it will "switch you to the fastest ISP available". This to me signifies the existing problem of log-on limitations.
In general I see Freeweb as a riskier investment.
On the other side of the fence if CY was to expand faster it has to do financing and successful major financing without a major stock dilution means they have to start promoting the awareness of the stock to raise it's stock price. Remember CallNet gets @15% of CY if they exercise all of their $5 warrants. IMHO if the price doesn't get to $5 then Callnet will not exercise the warrants and probably won't want to be the ones to expand on another finance deal either. There are others available though.
Like I said a back in April on a post - "hang On - it will be a rollercoaster ride with lots of ups and downs"
I will try to talk to Paul Mercia concerning the Freeweb PR and get back. The Freeweb "connection" model does open doors to CY in smaller cities also.
Always "LONG" (CY is a better quality business model - and competition is good in the long run - we investors can go where we want)
