Benefit to MSFT shareholders from EXPE IPO: ========================================== EXPE at 62. The benefit to us MSFT holders is MSFT's MSFT's book value (shareholder equity) just shot up by 2 billion. This should reflect in market value of additional 30 billion to the stock or about $6 a share considering MSFT trades at 15 times book. Till that is factored, the stock is available at a discount.
