New 52-week and historical low. 1 63/64. Humiliation of the IPO underwriters continues. Stock is now selling below cash/share which is a definitive and clear signal that the street has lost all confidence in management. Cash at a discount is not a factor with investing in this company. Amazing. Shareholders should be considering/urging/explicitly specifying a proxy amendment regarding a change in management and the Board of Directors. This is inexcusable, furthermore this company was not ready for an IPO. Misrepresentation? The underwriters may have more problems than stock price.
