Mark, How much is involved with a name change. Doesn't sound that expensive. Nevertheless, it does seem a little odd. Personally, I have not felt like we were going to get a good deal with the EINI merger. Too hard to evaluate the value of EINI at this time. With the increase in shares, I was afraid we were still going to get a 50/50 split and THAT made the shares we had in August (when total shares was less that 250 million) worth a LOT less than it would be now that we're approaching 600 million (though it could be more). Plus, EINI is likely to get delisted since they haven't filed yet. They'll be delisted in LESS than 2 weeks if they're application is NOT approved by the SEC. Delisting would create havoc with share price (though I was thinking of picking up another chunk if that happened). The saga rolls on. later, leroyt
