Are you out of your mind??

BARTON, i new startup firm has very high risk most of these shares carried over from when they shell company we safeaid pharm.

biz.yahoo.com
This is from thier Anual report March 99...

On February 9, 1998, INI merged with and into Safe Aid Products, Inc. The Board of Directors of the
Company authorized a ten for one reverse stock split pursuant to which its outstanding common stock will be
reduced to 70,547,720 shares with no change to the par value of the common stock.

So they reduced the shares of SFAD (medical) in a ten to one split to 70 million...

then they ISSUED NEARLY A BILLION SHARES:

...The Company's common stock as of December 31, 1998 consisted of the following:
999,999,000 shares authorized; 712,489,700 shares issued and outstanding $0.00001 par value. - $ 7,125

So your claim that they had so many shares from the previous company is patently UNTRUE. You should do a little (easy) DD before making such a statement.

Take a look at these insider sales...

They certainly seem confident??? Ha.

Buyer Beware.
