Commerce Special Events on PNL-TV

- ProNetLink.com to Launch D.O.C. Content Today with Special Programming for International
Trade Day -

NEW YORK, Nov. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- ProNetLink.com (OTC Bulletin Board: PNLK - news), the Global Trade
Internetwork(TM) (http://www.ProNetLink.com), today announced that it has come to an agreement with the United States
Department of Commerce (D.O.C.) that will allow ProNetLink.com to broadcast D.O.C. original programming on PNL-TV, the
Internet's first trade-specific news broadcast network. The first broadcast will air today at 12:30pm EST with a special show
focusing on International Trade Day.

Under the arrangement, ProNetLink.com will co-broadcast Department of Commerce original programming including coverage of
special events, conferences and educational seminars on the world of international trade. ProNetLink.com will receive
simultaneous access to the news and information, broadcasting the events as they run on the D.O.C. Web site,
doc.gov. The company will also be working with the D.O.C. to produce and develop trade-related programming on
both ProNetLink.com and www.doc.gov.

``We are extremely happy to be working with the Department of Commerce for the broadcast of their international trade
programming,' commented Glenn Zagoren, chairman of ProNetLink.com. ``We created PNL-TV to be a comprehensive resource
for business people around the world and this development significantly enhances our ability to provide our users with the
information they need to improve their businesses on a global scale.'

Billed as a ``national dialogue with workers and industry on trade and jobs' by U.S. Secretary of Commerce William Daley,
International Trade Day is part of the Department of Commerce National Trade Education Tour. Launched at the April 14
meeting of the PEC in Washington, the National Trade Education Tour consists of events in all parts of the United States.
Secretary Daley has participated in each local event, along side national and local business leaders, state and local government
officials, the labor community, and civic activists to promote the impact and value of international trade on the global economy.

``The occasion of the upcoming World Trade Organization Ministerial meeting in Seattle underscores the need for everyone to
understand that America's prosperity in the years to come will depend on how well our companies, and our workers, are able to
compete in the world economy,' said Secretary Daley. ``We want every man, woman, and child in America, in every community,
to understand that trade matters.'

PNL-TV also features international trade news broadcasts each weekday at 11am EST. Hosted by Bruce Blosil, PNL-TV News
focuses exclusively on breaking trade news and in-depth analysis of business-to-business international commerce issues.
Businesses from around the world can run PNL-TV from their corporate web sites as a PNL-TV network affiliate. Any site
wishing to provide quality news content to their users may fill out a simple online application and PNL-TV will provide a URL link
to their site. PNL-TV is free to all viewers and corporate affiliates and can be seen at www.ProNetLink.com.
