David, re: CCN. Too tough for me to figure at this point. I'm not looking at the deal from the view of will it be accepted and when. To me, there's been no real announcement at all. (only a rumor reported in MarketWatch- which I grant you though, IS owned by the alleged CCN acquirer, CBS). If rumor is denied, I'd guess the stock would drop. If confirmed, then the stock might move up.

I'm holding my very small position. I'll relook, maybe add more, if deal does get officially announced and spread then seem attractive.
