Mark, BND I hope closes above 4 today, I haven't heard any firm news, but I have heard some rumors---if true could be very positive. I know you are a big fan of NCD and we are doing very well with the product this month. It looks like some roll outs will happen (add-on) and we should finish the quarter fairly good.
