How much is involved with a name change. Doesn't sound that expensive

I don't really know, but I would assume that with the SEC involved it would be a bit more than reprinting letterhead <g>. For my business this would involve at least changing the business license and sales tax permits.

After thinking about it for a while, my best guess is they are trying to get people used to the new name now and minimize the transition. Still, if it is an 'official' name change, and the merger is still going ahead, they will be going through any legal paperwork required twice. It seems to be a pretty strange move to me...

EINI is likely to get delisted since they haven't filed yet. They'll be delisted in LESS than 2 weeks

Even less... They get added to the 'Anticipated Deletions' list on the 12th (tomorrow) and are removed on the 18th (5 business days).
